Change of Address & Updating Contact Information
If you do not already have a Sapphire Community Portal account, you will need to create one. Instructions can be found here.

If you have more than one student, select one to complete the change of address form. The form needs to be completed only ONCE per family.
If you need to change a phone number or email address for a contact, click Change Student Data to the left hand side of the screen.
For the address change form, click Student Data Form. The Change of Address form will appear as a choice.
Follow the prompts on the screen to complete the form. When the form is completed and approved, you will receive an email with bus information for the new address.
