Connecting at Home
Reduced Rate Internet Access via Internet Essential
Students are able to connect to their home network just as you would connect any other device.
Trouble connecting? Try these suggestions-
Check the bandwidth- You may not have fast enough speed to handle the amount of devices you are trying to connect.
Check the proximity to WiFi- If the device is too far away from your modem, the device might not recognize there is connection available.
If the device says it connected but isn't actually connecting, "Forget" the network, and rejoin as you would if you connecting for the first time.
Try to restart the device by holding down the refresh key and power button at the same time.
