Change of Address
If you do not already have a Sapphire Community Portal account, you will need to create one. Instructions can be found here.

If you have more than one student, select one to complete the change of address form. The form needs to be completed only ONCE per family.
If you need to change a phone number or email address for a contact, click Change Student Data to the left hand side of the screen.
For the address change form, click Student Data Form. The Change of Address form will appear as a choice.
Follow the prompts on the screen to complete the form. When the form is completed and approved, you will receive an email with bus information for the new address.
Kindergarten Registration
Online registration will open February 7, 2024 for students turning five years old by August 31, 2024.
You will need the following documents to register-
Birth Certificate for child(ren)
Custody Papers (if Applicable)
Proof of Residency which consists of either:
Lease/rental agreement, a Deed, a Mortgage Statement or Settlement Paperwork *
*We are not able to accept utility bills as proof of residency!**
If you can NOT provide ALL of the information above, please contact Jen @ 717-266-3667.
If your child has an IEP, 504 Plan, or GIEP, please upload the documents to your registration packet.
The district will proceed with the registration of your child(ren) when the online enrollment is complete and ALL of the required documents have been uploaded or received by Jen or Lindsay at the Administration Office. It typically takes 2-3 days before your child can begin school once your registration has been finalized.
