Pre-Planned Trip Request

Students may be excused for pre-planned educational trips during the school year. The trip may not exceed five school days, any absence beyond the five day limit will be considered unexcused.

 

Parent(s)/Guardian(s) need to complete a separate request form for each building. Completed forms should be returned to the building principal for approval. After approval, parents(s)/guardian(s) will receive a letter indicating whether the pre-planned trip was approved or denied.

 

In order to receive notification prior to your trip, you are asked to submit requests at least two weeks in advance. Failure to explain the educational value of the trip may delay the approval process or result in denial.
